Pip Elyisum is a Yoga Teacher, AcroYoga & Handstand Teacher, Co founder and facilitator for School of AcroYoga.

After studying with acrobatic & handstand masters, Pip has developed an excellent understanding and practise of a straight line handstand.

Pip uses her experience and the innovations she has developed to teach handstands effectively in a fun and empowering way.

Pip is dedicated to inspiring and helping students achieve their dreams, encourage success and realise their potential in their handstand practise. Creating this guide has enabled Pip to share the best exercises to help the growth of your straight line and foundations for handstands.

In addition to teaching worldwide, teacher trainings and running her AcroYoga studio in London, Pip regularly performs and continues to write articles in Yoga Magazine, Om Yoga Magazine and the face of leading Well-being and Yoga Magazines
