If starting this Handstand Series, you agree that there is possible risk of physical injury. It's important to go at your pace, ensure you are warm before, assess your judgement and listen to your body.
How often do I need to practice? Consistency of doing a little bit each day and allowing for recovery time will speed up your journey process. Expect 3 timesminimum a week for at least 30 mins to start seeing changes after the first month.
How long till I balance a handstand? Typically it's different for most individual. Doing drills, conditioning and using the wall will speed up the process.
What if an injury is caused? Rest! If it continues, please seek expert advice. It's not uncommon to feel it in the wrists but something we want to avoid completely if it becomes an injury. It might mean that you need to ease into the length of being on your wrists. Your warm up should consist of at least 10-15 minutes where you can raise your heart beat which includes a thorough wrist warm up.
