My name is Pip and I have been on the same journey as you have. I am super excited to share with you how to be efficient with getting flexible. I will be sharing my tips, stretches and secrets on how to get the most out of your journey of the splits. This guide is a great place to start no matter where you are in your splits flexibility. It will help you to to understand the key muscles to lengthen your muscles for the splits.
A B O U T M E:
I started to take a fascination in splits back in 2014.
I fractured my hand and found it restrictive to move my body but found I was able to focus on stretching my legs, With the attitude of 'how can i make the most of this?' at that time. This was when splits & flexibility became an obsession.It became obvious quite early on that a lot of the techniques in 'getting' the splits seemed like old methods for stretching as an adult. Fairly early on when stretching, I explored different methods which worked for my body and had success from my students who also worked on my programme.My focus for the past 10 years has been both development in movement & flexibility along with self development which has helped me to focus, achieve things I did not think was possible and become a happier more artistic self with creative movement such as AcroYoga, Yoga, Flexibility, Handstands and Dance. This experience has given me the tools and the know how to help others achieve their goals without having to go through the same trial and error. This Programme is to give you a kickstart and an insight on a different outlook on stretching for adults. Whilst I will be giving advice and tips on how to stretch, please listen to your body and only do what feels good for you.
